In "What Whispers in the Dark" Lovecraft makes a slight shift to science fiction, believing of course in the horror and "world" he had created with Kthoulos Mythology, bringing for the first time in his writing the abominable Mi Go from space and diving them directly into his own, Lovecraft universe; A story first published in 1931 in Weird Tales magazine that combines horror and fantasy.
